Each individual completing work as part of your Service Company on Field Nation must be given a managed provider profile so they can be properly matched with and assigned to the work they will be completing.
Policy Alert: Individuals who are not assigned to a work order cannot be sent or brought to a work order location without expressed buyer permission. Sending or bringing an Unauthorized Person to site is a violation of Field Nation policy as it creates a high level of liability risk for all parties. Violating this policy could result in either a severe negative impact to the assigned providers PSS, or in some cases full account deactivation.
As you set up your Service Company users, keep the following in mind:
- Each managed provider must have a unique profile with their specific experience and qualifications listed.
- Work Order assignments can be requested or accepted on behalf of managed providers by the Admins, Managers, or Dispatchers orβ¦
- Admins have the option to give their managed providers access to view work order payment details and request, counter or accept work for themselves.
