The highest level of access. Admins can configure any/all of the Company Settings, including adding and removing any user roles and determining their level of access to the marketplace. Only Admins can change the payment method, insurance and tax information on file as well.
Admin users oversee work order assignments and management of tasks, such as requesting and assigning work orders, submitting counter-offers, requesting swaps, checking in and out, uploading deliverables, requesting schedule updates, opening a support case, etc. Admins can also change the permission setting to defer those tasks to other users.
