📋 User Roles & Definitions

🔐 Admin

The highest level of access. Admins can configure any/all of the Company Settings, including adding and removing any user roles and determining their level of access to the marketplace. Only Admins can change the payment method, insurance and tax information on file as well.

Admin users oversee work order assignments and management of tasks, such as requesting and assigning work orders, submitting counter-offers, requesting swaps, checking in and out, uploading deliverables, requesting schedule updates, opening a support case, etc. Admins can also change the permission setting to defer those tasks to other users.

🗄️ Manager

This role is one level below Admin, intended for management-level access such as the ability to view all users, manage assignments and work order tasks, and open support cases on behalf of the company.

📤 Dispatcher

The primary function of the Dispatcher role is managing work order acquisition and assignments for the managed providers.

👤 Managed Provider

Once added to your service company and given marketplace access, a managed provider can be assigned to work orders. What they see and if they can request their own work order assignments is defined by the user-level Marketplace Settings controlled by the Admin. If the Admin gives permission to view/request work, they can also see Pay. Managed providers without this permission can still see and interact with all of their assigned work orders, but cannot view any new work or see the amount of pay listed in their assigned work orders.
