Buyers have shared that one of the most important things they look for is whether or not providers have a passed Background Check and/or Drug Test within the last 12 months listed under the "Verified Screenings" section of their profile:
Having a screening that was passed less than 12 months ago helps providers stand out, especially to the buyers trying to fill projects for end clients with certain screening requirements.
Each passed screening will appear in your profile with the "passed on" date. If you take a screening and do not pass, that information is kept private and this section will remain blank with no indication of the attempt.
To complete a screening, select "Order Screening" and follow the prompts through our 3rd party partner - Checkr. There is a cost associated with these screenings unless you are a part of Field Nation Pro, in which case one background check and one drug test is included per year.
