We want to give you a heads-up about a change we recently made to how buyers see provider reputation.
Buyers on Field Nation will now be able to see your usual marketplace PSS - and if you’ve completed at least 5 work orders in the last 2 years for them - their own "My Company PSS" with you. The "My Company PSS" is a filtered view of the service quality and reliability you've delivered on the work orders completed only for their company.
When reviewing eligible providers for assignments, buyers will be able to easily toggle between a provider's marketplace PSS and their "My Company PSS" for each provider, when available. Here's an example of what that will look like:
The Timeliness and Backout components of a "My Company PSS" use the last 30 work orders completed for them by a specific provider, and the Buyer Satisfaction component uses the last 30 work orders where they left private feedback after working with that provider, all looking back no further than 2 years.
Some providers with lower volume and/or high repeat buyer relationships may now have buyers who can see a “My Company PSS” for them, even if they don’t have a marketplace PSS yet.
Please Note: You will not be able to see a buyer's "My Company PSS" for you or any other provider, and buyers will not be able to see the My Company PSS for other buyers. It is simply each buyer's filtered view of their own work order history with a specific provider.
