We want to share an important update about Field Nation’s General Liability (GL) insurance policy.
Field Nation has maintained the same GL insurance rate at 1.5% per work order for over seven years. During that time, the underlying costs of insurance has increased significantly, with premiums rising more than 3.5x.
Beginning April 15th, the rate will increase to 1.95% on all Available work orders that are not yet assigned. Work orders that were assigned before this date will not be impacted. For a $150 work order, this represents an increase of approximately $0.68.
This update allows us to continue offering a policy that is purpose-built for the work you do on Field Nation, with the reliability and support you can count on.
With Field Nation’s GL policy, you only pay when you’re actively using the policy. There is no fixed annual premium, so your costs scale with the work you complete. There’s also no paperwork, quotes, or renewals to manage, everything is handled for you.
We understand that any increase is not ideal, and we didn’t make this decision lightly. This adjustment ensures the long-term financial sustainability of the program so we can continue offering this policy in a way that works for providers.
