It’s extremely rewarding to see the positive impact of skilled field service professionals leveraging Field Nation every day to grow their business. It’s incredible to watch the marketplace move toward a smarter, more resilient way of working that benefits both buyers and the providers who empower them.
Over 1.2 million work orders were completed on the Field Nation marketplace in 2025. That means thousands of buyers and providers like you came together to get work done.

This year, we saw thousands of technicians adopt new tools, such as the Provider Success Score, which showcases reliability and helps providers stand out to buyers who value quality and consistency.
We also launched the Field Nation Community, as a dedicated space for providers to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Seeing all of you engage, support each other, and grow together has been one of the highlights of the year.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue building on this momentum and find even more ways to remove barriers to work and open doors for your success.
