Field Nation is continuously focused on implementing user feedback to enhance the functionality of the platform, refine provider metrics and improve the overall health of the marketplace.
We're excited to announce some exciting changes, including the following updates within the provider experience:
- Cancellation Rate will be replaced with Backout Score
- Timeliness Rate will be replaced with Timeliness Score
- Early backouts will impact the Backout Score less than late backouts
- No Shows will impact the Backout Score more than late Backouts
- Added on time check-in flexibility with the Arrival Window schedule option
- Check in times for all work orders will impact the Timeliness Score
- Checking in too early (31+ min before the start time or 1+ before the arrival window) will impact Timeliness Score less than checking in late
- New “Buyer Satisfaction” data will be added to the My Business Dashboard
- Introduction of a new north star metric for providers called the “Provider Success Score” (PSS)
- Provider Quality Assurance Policy (PQAP) & Buyer Quality Assurance Policy (BQAP) will be streamlined into “User Reported Events & Marketplace Best Practices”
- Introduction of the new Field Nation Provider Community 🎉
