View Your Community Profile
Your Community Profile is different from your Field Nation Profile. While your Field Nation Profile is visible to buyers and highlights your work history and reputation, your Community Profile is not visible to buyers. It reflects your activity within the Community, such as posts, likes, badges, and more. Some information—like your name and profile picture—will appear on both profiles.
Engage with the Community
Search Before Posting
Before creating a new post, use the search bar to check if your question has already been answered. You might find the information you need right away.
Start a Discussion
Choose the “New Discussion” option to introduce topics, share insights, and invite others to join the conversation.
Ask a Question
Need help with new and existing features, best practices, or workarounds? Use the “Ask a Question” option.

Be Descriptive
Write a clear, concise subject line to help others understand your post at a glance. The more specific your question or topic is, the more likely you are to get helpful responses.
Answer Others’ Questions
Take time to read and respond to posts from other providers. Sharing your experience can make a real difference on the marketplace.
Accept Helpful Answers
If someone provides a helpful response to your question, mark it as an answer. This makes it easier for others with the same question to find a solution.
Like Posts and Comments
Show your appreciation for helpful, informative, or insightful contributions by clicking the thumbs-up icon.
Manage Your Notifications
Customize Notification Settings
Stay up to date on Community activity by adjusting your preferences:
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Notification Preferences.
- Decide whether you want to receive email alerts, pop-ups, or no notifications at all. Settings are organized by activity type, so you can customize exactly how you stay informed.
Once you've followed a category, you’ll also see specific notification settings for that space.
Follow Categories
Keep track of topics that interest you:
- Select a category.
- Click the bell icon to follow it and receive updates.
Help Maintain a Great Community
Report Inappropriate Content
If you see something that violates the Community Guidelines or doesn’t belong, click the flag icon in the upper right corner of the post to report it. You can also flag content that may not be inappropriate but still needs a moderator’s attention.
Participate and Get Recognized
Rank Up
The more active you are—posting, liking, replying—the more your rank increases. Ranks help other providers recognize your contributions.
Earn Badges
Badges are awarded for actions such as leaving comments, receiving likes, and having your responses marked as answers.
Earn Points
Each comment you post earns points, which help you earn ranks and showcase your involvement in the Community.
