The Field Nation Community is a go-to hub where Providers can learn, find answers, exchange best practices, share insights, foster meaningful connections, and empower one another. We want it to be a valuable resource and a trusted space for Providers to engage authentically and productively with their peers and the Field Nation team.
To preserve an environment that encourages civil and fruitful dialogue, we expect Community members to follow these Guidelines:
Be respectful and professional
Treat others how you would like to be treated. When interacting with other members, ask yourself if you would say the same thing to them in person as you are saying online. Naming and shaming, personal attacks, or identifying buyers, providers, or any businesses in accusations of incompetence or misconduct are strictly prohibited. Any form of bullying or harassment, whether directed at other providers, buyers, or Field Nation staff, will not be tolerated.
Search for understanding
There are many acceptable ways to use Field Nation and do business in the IT services industry, so just because something does (or doesn't) work for you doesn't mean it will be the same for someone else. Approach disagreements or differing opinions with curiosity, and ask questions to understand other points of view. Refrain from being condescending towards other providers who request a work order at a lower pay rate than you.
Keep it organized
Make the effort to put things in the right place. Avoid spamming and making duplicate posts. Stay on topic—if you want to talk about something else, start a new conversation. Most importantly, search before you post; someone may have already answered your question!
Give constructive feedback
We want you to be honest and share what works and what doesn’t work for you on Field Nation, as we are always aiming to improve the experience. That said, unproductive venting, overly negative comments, discouraging others from using Field Nation, or rants that don’t recommend any solutions are not allowed and will be removed.
Respect privacy and property
Posting contact information, buyer names, unauthorized photos, and descriptions of locations, products, personnel, or any other personal, sensitive, or proprietary information is not allowed in the Community.
No advertisements or promotions
The Community is not a space to promote your own or anyone else’s business outside of Field Nation. This includes links intended to gather leads by collecting email addresses or other contact information in exchange for resources.
Abide by the Marketplace Best Practices and Field Nation Terms
Violating or encouraging others to violate Field Nation Terms & Conditions and User Agreements or any reportable user events are not allowed in the Community.
If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please use the flag option to report it to our moderators. Moderators reserve the right to remove any content for any reason at any time but are not obligated to remove reported content. Moderation decisions and removed content aren’t subject to public discussion. Violating these Guidelines may result in actions that range from a written warning to a Community ban or account deactivation.
Thank you for being an active part of the Field Nation Community. Your participation, insights, and professionalism help make this a supportive, engaging, and valuable space for everyone. We appreciate your contributions and look forward to growing and learning together.
