Starting next week, a limited number of Field Nation buyers will gain early access to view your Provider Success Score as part of a beta program. Over the following weeks, they’ll also be able to see your Buyer Satisfaction metrics—the same insights you can already view in your Business Dashboard.
This is part of our effort to increase the visibility of providers doing great work on Field Nation.
All buyers will have access to these metrics beginning in mid-September.
