Has anyone else wanted better visibility in the web version when managing routed WOs and providers?
A couple things that would really help us as a Service Company:
- In List View, showing the exact timestamp for when a WO was Published or Routed, and allowing those fields to be included in filters and exports/reports. I know this information already exists under Engagements, but having it directly visible and filterable in List View would make workflow management much easier.
- In Map View, being able to also see the saved locations of our providers/technicians on the map, not only the WO locations.
These improvements would make dispatching, and tracking much more efficient.
