Q:Â How long have you been working in the IT field service industry?
A:Â Hi, I have been in and around IT for about 47 years starting full time with what used to be Burroughs Corporation in Detroit, MI and now in the Cleveland Ohio area getting work mostly off platforms with more than 2,400 workorders completed . The last 40 years I ran my own business first doing banking equipment and then small business networking till it got down to 1 employee, myself!
Q: What types of work do you do on Field Nation, and what kinds of projects do you enjoy the most?
A:Â POTS surveys and conversion; network refresh and support including Windows and VMware; low voltage wiring; surveillance camera installs; VoIP.
Q: What's one piece of advice you'd give to other providers on how to be successful?
A:Â Patience and perseverance!
