I am new to the Field Nation platform and would greatly appreciate any advice on how to successfully secure projects. My team and I bring over 6 years of experience in the IT industry. We are based in Canada and provide services across QC, ON, BC, and surrounding areas.
We consistently submit requests for available projects; however, they are often awarded to other providers. I understand that dispatchers may work with preferred providers or have existing contractual relationships in place.
We have also made efforts to introduce ourselves by sending messages and sharing our company information, but unfortunately, we rarely receive responses.
For those who have successfully established themselves on the platform, could you please share what strategies helped you win projects when you were starting out? Additionally, how did you build relationships with dispatchers and differentiate yourself from other providers?
