"Screenings" are important for some buyers who have requirements or end clients who require providers who have recently passed a background check or drug test. Screenings are not required to work on Field Nation, and if you take one and do not pass, the buyer will not be able to see and the failed screening will not show in your profile anywhere.
If you take a screening and do pass, you will get a badge on your profile and it will show the date that you passed:
