Field Nation providers are required to have general liability insurance in order to get marketplace access. Per our terms and conditions, providers agree to carry $1,000,000.00 in General Liability Insurance, by either:
1) Opting in to the 1.5% additional charge on the total value of each work order to get Field Nations General Liability insurance coverage.
or
2) By uploading their own current, valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) to their Field Nation account as evidence of having their own equivalent insurance.
Providers with neither the FN offering or their own COI uploaded to their account will not be allowed marketplace access.
Per our terms and conditions, Providers also agree to carry their own Workers Compensation Insurance for themselves and anyone they bring on site. Field Nation does not verify this coverage.Â
A claim should be filed as soon as you are aware of any property damage or injury occurring on site during a work order. You can go to the following link to File a Claim, which will automatically create a case for the Field Nation Insurance department who will help guide both parties through the process.
