I'm new to this, I have experience through my past and current job but wanted to break off on my own independently to do side jobs. I am finding it hard to get work and I keep getting passed over when i request to do work. What are some good tips to get selected for work? I have posted my certifications, experience, background and drug testing. What else am I missing? Thank you in advance!
