I never get offered jobs in my field.

I have been on Field Nation since January 2025. I never get offered any jobs in the industry I have worked in for over 40 years. I get offered Appliance and TV repair jobs. This has been very disappointing. I have been in the Telephony industry since 1982. I have upgraded my skills all along the way with many certifications. I have programmed and installed large and small VOIP systems, including virtual, networking etc. Yet no one has offered me any jobs. I have called Field Nation and they told me to be patient. I have lost all faith that this will go anywhere. I would appreciate any insight you may have.
